VICTIM TESTIMONY

In 2020, Anna Carrigan filed a lawsuit against New Hampshire for it’s failure to ensure the safety and well-being of children under it’s care.

The NHCADSV is contracted with DCYF as well as being part of every AG and Govenor’s Commission on Child Abuse, Sex Abuse and Domestic Violence.

Anna Carrigan stated in an email

“I am interested that you have identified key NH players that myself and others doing work in NH find troubling (but we are definitely in the minority on), and I am comfortable saying that AG MacDonald and Amanda Grady Sexton and NHCADSV are two specific people who I think are doing things to directly or indirectly hurt child protection victims in this state, and that our crazy family and criminal court system is completely dysfunctional and supports that in happening, along with a local media that purposely helps keep the public blind to things happening behind the scenes. I am a government social worker whistle-blower, one of several, who faced retaliation by the State of NH for speaking up about the truth of NH’s child protection system and is suing them, so I’ve seen and know about a lot of stuff that goes on that I feel like most people would have a hard time even conceiving is true.”
